Build Rineri's Palace

Some of you may remember a suggestion --> https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/kilalya-the-kingdom-of-fairies.203432/ that I made a few months back on a province I thought of(which is never going to happen, I know).

One of the defining features of the province is a huge palace where the Queen of the Fairy Kingdom, Kilalya, stays.

I spent around a month on this and I'd say its harder than my previous build https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/monument.200675/
due to the fact that a completely new and weird palette is used along with a different style. Foliage and vegetation is difficult to do since the trees are the only "natural" things. But the outcome is pretty good, so I'll consider it done.















The clocktower is inspired by the Elizabeth Tower (or Big Ben most commonly) and also as tribute to its bell that has since stopped ringing due to renovations.
The garden is of course, inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. :)

When detailing I think it would be much better if you don't split up facades into squares, it makes it look clunky and the details don't flow. It would be better to detail it as a whole rather than in sections despite how hard that is to do :P

 

I’d agree with you on that one. I sort of rushed the middle building because on that day I had to suddenly get back into a college project. Thanks!

 

I wish I could build like this/had the time (and patience) to build like this.
