    i think its like small kunais being thrown at you, but it isnt kunais and is actually air moving at very high speeds like naruto

    well if air is blown at your face at a fast enough speed it can cause you to struggle to breathe

    It could be increasing the air pressure and density to the point where it's near solid, which would make it hurt like hell if it hit you
