So I got a question that I need to ask:

I know powders of a certain element when applied to an item may reduce the elemental damage/protection of another element

For example lets say...I had a helmet that had water defense, adding a fire powder reduces that. That brings me to my question:

What elemental powders counter each other? (ie: Fire gets rid of water)

While Elementally strong creatures, Such as a Water Creature, will be weaker against a fire weapon, this is not the excact system that is in place.

It is a good idea to memorize the Element symbols, but they are pretty easy to figure out.

Anyways. On the left, in the red box it shows "Water And Thunder Weak". This obviously means that any weapon with these elements will inflict a larger amount of damage.
In the Middle it shows the creatures damage. If you have None, Or very little elemental defense, you will lose lots of health.
On the far right, In the second red box, you see its Defense (Fire and Air). If you try to attack it with a fire or air weapon, very little damage will be inflicted, depending on
how much elemental defense it has.

    Anyways as a conclusion:
Look below the name tag of the animal to determine what I have said above.

Air reduces fire. Earth reduces air. Fire reduces water. Thunder reduces earth. Water reduces thunder.

Yo you didn't really answer his question B.

I answered it in a way so that he didn't have to memorize multiple those things (below)
Rather he could just look under a name tag and instantely know

He was asking about armors, not mob damages.

It does. A mob can have a weakness, no weakness, many weaknesses, and no strengths in damage. Mobs do not always follow all powder effects. I also don't appreciate the way you phrased that message ;)

    It was a joke.
I didn't read the OP properly and went through 3 minutes answering a question that was never asked.
It was a reference to the fact that I have no brain
