List Of Unobtainable Items?

Is there a list of all the unobtainable items (such as Gale's Sight and stuff?)

If not I have a question about if the helm Phoenix Prince's Crown can be obtained.

 

Yes, it is. But I believe the ONLY items unobtainable, are items not released.

The Crown, is obtainable by a discovery area in Corkus

There's a few items in the api which are unobtainable, such as Gale's Sight, Blood Moon (I think?) and that bracelet which name I forgot.

 

Things like vanilla items and such cannot be obtained through normal means and as for the Phoenix Prince's Crown, you would have to fight a boss in the Lost Avos City in Corkus (level 89 recommended)

There used to be a pair of unique boots called "Destruction" that are also unobtainable, and required the completion of a quest called "Two Towers" to wear, which doesn't exist,

 

In addition to the items @orange0402 listed, there used to be a few more that were previously unobtainable, but now are. They are:
Cerid's Ingeniuty, Ohms' Rage, and Ensa's Faith. On a side note, it's kind of a shame that rycar' elation isn't in the game, it would be the best poison ring if it was.
