Is It Worth To Use Powders On Weapons That Has Only Neutral Dmg?

For example, Alazarin, Cluster etc. And tell me why it is/it is not (:

 

i'd use t4's on the ones mentioned above.
but for example hive infused weapons i'd go for t6 powders.
powders have their specialities and can do more than neutral when mobs are weak to a certain element
or when your build influences that element in a positive way.

there are times when neutral damage comes handy though (heavy rainbow elemental resistance)
so you may want to keep one purely neutral weapon

 

if you want to use certain powder specials , like courage for instance

 

yes if you want to deal elemental damage
no if you want it as a neutral utility weapon
