One suggestion though. Can we vote on the location? I understand Cinfras Bridge is a very suitable place for a tourney duel, but there are two flaws with the location:

• Fairly high-level area. It would be a struggle/inconvenience for those who are below Level 70, especially since the application does not restrict players who are under such level. Accessibility is important.
• The bridge itself is quite narrow. It would be easy to fall off if you misdirect a maneuverability spell.

I've scouted the map (on the website map only) for similar areas that are lower-leveled and have a wider area to work with (or at least more ground). You can decide whether if you want to set up a poll or just change the location directly, but please at least consider them:

• Center of Llevigar
• Pathway out to Ragni (Length will not be decided by me)

Additional rules may be made and enforced to balance out said areas (Like prohibiting camping on high buildings).

Also, here's a process I use in general, applied to validating inventories in-game:

Have participants send in a screenshot of their inventory, and make sure that the time/date is visible alongside the tournament host visible in the background (at least the username). The time and date ensures that it was taken in the present time. The host in the background ensures that they can't just manipulate the date and time.

Also set up a boundary for spectating and participating players, even if they are not dueling. Prohibit players from entering banks right before or during the tournament as this can create opportunities for them to smuggle in items during intermissions. Trading may also be another opportunity, so it is advised to ban trading during the tournament (you can easily know when it is happening just by spotting it).

I think with this sort of system set up, previous suggestions regarding armory and weaponry could become valid (like equal gear). This is just my take on it though. You can judge it however you want.

Other than that though, I'm pretty hyped. I hope the turnout won't be disappointing though...

like low thorns/ref ( like around 40) should be fine since some items just have it, but going for lots of thorns/ref (like 70+) is low since you literally kys with high dmg attacks like spins, kill myself shouldn be the point of a duel

There is a limit on the poison, based on the 200 per second, it means 800 total poison. Either way, refer to the rules.

No rules against this. So far yes it is permitted until otherwise said.
