My Health Regen is at +32%. My Rewind has -30% Health Regen and -39 Health Regen. So whenever i hold my Rewind I LOSE health?!?!? Why?!? I though it would just slow down or stop Health Regen but it makes you LOSE health?!?!? I mean it's no big deal when i'm not fighting i can switch to my Wybel Paw and Regen Health, but why do i lose health with -Health Regen?

because that's how health regen works. positive adds health, negative reduces health. and %hp regen increases/decreases the raw amount.

woops sorry bad wording %hp increases/decreases the base amount (not affected by raw hp regen added by armor weapons or accessories)

Does that really matter? It works here so it's fine, if it's such a big problem for you then you shouldn't use rewind.
