Recommended Levels For Demon Cave Grinding?

So last night I was wandering around the canyons near Thanos trying to find a good place to grind. I was level 81 but I only needed to fill up about a segment and a half on my XP bar to level up. Then someone shouted on WC7 that they were doing a demon cave grinding party with double XP and everything, for players level 80 and above. I'd already accidentally been to Rodoroc so I knew around where the cave was, so I went there, and they added me to the party. But then, when I leveled up, they saw that I was only level 82 and yelled at me to leave because I was "getting 0 XP," even though I was getting 4000+ not including the double XP and I had already filled up about 6 segments of level 82. So I left, but I'm still wondering what level you should be to grind there. The shout said level 80+, so was that a typo, or did they just not want me there?

tl;dr: Someone had a demon cave grinding party for level 80+, but when I got there at level 81 everyone said I was getting no XP and told me to leave, so I want to know what level you're supposed to be.

Well, I'm not an expert on this,
but here's my take

81 is an ok level,
Probably better areas, tho

however, if it works for you, stay!

So if your getting 4k, and you think its really great. Stay!
They probably just didn't want you there.

 

That is a good level to be grinding at D cave, but Corrupted Sand-Swept tomb, or CSST (a dungeon) it better for leveling up at that level

 

If you are level 81, you can afk there. However, once you are level 86, you start getting xp from killing them

 

At least 86 because you'll get xp but I'd recommend at least 92+ because the mobs in Dcave are quite strong.
For solo grinding I'd recommend freezing heights but I guess dcave would give more xp.

 

Personally I'd recommend you to be at least level 95 and use at least one intel/defense/agility potion from Rodoroc/Ahmsord if you are doing it with a totem party
