Archer/Hunter Help Good Build With Gale's Force

    I have a decent Gale's Force and I want to make a decent endgame build that does damage and ws preferably.
    Currently I'm using aries, andesite aegis, dark shroud, and ventus tail. Any improvements I could make?

    sp distribution would also help since i'm a noob

    What about torrential tide instead of gale's force? I also found a pretty good cumulonimbus; can I used that instead of quartzite?
