Here is a (hopefully) satisfying explanation:

"Emerald is a gemstone and a variety of the mineral beryl (Be3Al2(SiO3)6)" from Emerald - Wikipedia

We therefore investigate how mineral beryl behaves:

Since the container fits in our hand and is able to hold 64 Blocks of NOW LIQUID emerald (64 cubic meters) it would require an enormous pressure to maintain the temperature high enough. Due to the shiny effect we assume the container is crafted with magic.

Now, opening the bottle would release the pressure instantly, causing the LIQUID emerald to solidify. The solidification process would be so short that you would end up with a different chemical structure. Something more similar to GLASS rather than EMERALD.

If you manage to drink LE you would probably catch fire first (Human Body catches fire at 15o deg C), and then be cut by sharp glass (as solidified unrefined glass is extra sharp).

SUMMARY:
Not the greatest idea. Please do not drink LIQUID EMERALD.

 

Just because a liquified emerald is worth 64 emerald blocks, nothing's saying it actually contains 64m³ of emeralds.

 

assuming an emerald weighs 1KG
1kg * 64^2 = 4096kg in 1LE

so if u drink it u become fat

In Wynncraft, your skin turns into one made of emeralds and your inventory starts to get filled with them. BOOM. Totally worth it. "But you can't drink LE in Wynncraft," you say. That's right. but there is one way...
1) Get to level 101 with every class
1.5) Buy 1000 item bombs and use them all in Wizard Fortress. Also, buy the hero rank for everyone that has posted here(excluding me, you, and the guy who said what I was going to say)
2) Have each class go to a specific point in Gavel(not telling you where)
3) Kill yourself. In-game, of course. You will respawn somewhere special(LI)
4) Kill all the bosses there with every class with the depressing weapons
5) If you haven't, complete every quest in the game
6) Now, go to the Ragni Library
7) Read about Bob's life
8) Now drink your LE
9) Cry as you realize that I just wasted your time.
