What Should I Waste My Skill Points And Powders On

So I recently got a lot of tier fours and don’t know what to waste them on and also powders should I put some on armour and some on my weapon and also what element (I’m looking for a melee and spell)

 

Put them on your weapons only until you get a high level set that you're happy with.

 

all on dexterity then use lightning powders on a lightning damage weap

I’m too poor for another mythic, plus Judas has minus life steal, but I can try and spend some skill points for strength and dexterity for dmg bonus

Or maybe balance out all of it, get 50 on all, but still I can try this raw sp layout (I have prism and stardust so not counting the sp bonus)
Strength: 50 Dexterity: 50 Intel: 42 Def: 25 Agil: 33
