    Hi,
I've tried to build a new city, which I tried to overdecorate (It was on purpose) and doing a timelapse of it

    That looks really good!
The houses in front of the main gates look odd, though.

I like it. You made some amazing shapes but you can't really notice them because of all the details. Sorry fam, I'm not a huge fan of overdetailing, and for this reason this is a 9/10 for me instead of a 10.

hope's the last one that dies.. we will get into the ct.. belyeve it!

Yeah, I think that there is too much on each wall and each surface. Hard to tell the main points of each build. Your palette is also quite limited, so at a quick glance, it just looks like a grey and brown glob. Also, your buildings don't stand out from your terrain, so they are hard to spot sometimes. Try to emphasize a main feature for each house or build, rather than just spamming fences and stairs. That gets really repetitive really soon.

    I dislike the pathways
and in addition to what they said,
theres a severe case of over detailing
I mean why would you do that on purpose?
    explain to me
    nice build though

As the others have mentioned above, you have way too much going on in the build. You can't distinguish one building from the other, and the character of each structure is lost. I much preferred the shapes you were making before you added the blocks on top.
As designers at my university like to say... "Less is more".

However, some do prefer what you have made there, so this is me talking from personal view and experience. Keep up that building passion. :)

In terms of video editing, I would slow down the camera movements while you build, otherwise you can make viewers sick from the constant motion that makes it hard to keep up with.
I don't know what decibel you had the music at either, but the sudden 'bam' of music at the start after complete silence killed the ears a bit. Turning that down a little in your video editor is a nice touch to keep something more enjoyable to watch. We can turn it down manually, of course, but it's like watching a tv show that's real quiet, then getting an ad-break that's mega-loud.
-The day to night cycle at times feels a little obnoxious too. If you're speeding up something a lot, it looks aesthetically better and more calming to just turn that off in the gamerule settings of minecraft.

If this sounds too picky, I do apologise. Just want to give some feedback. ^-^ You don't have to take it, nor agree with it. :)

I wanted to overdetail this build, because I want to be able to build in every style and overdetailing is a "style of building"

BTW don't worry I don't plan to do the next build overdetailed, I'm not the one, who just sticks with one team

I like the constant motion, but I'll take that in my mind
I will try to repair that, cause It damaged my ears alot as well :D
I didn't know it is possible to delete it :D
    Tnx for feedback

Be careful about this in my opinion, as 'styles' aren't always good, as well as there being specific ways that styles can be built

I see why you can feel a bit 'I just want to finish this' when editing a video for quite some time. I have felt like that multiple times. :P Always remember to take a break if you feel something is getting boring/stressful. :)
Constant motion is fine, but my critique was more that it needs to slow down a bit on the movement. A calm movement kind of flowing on a light breeze is a lot nicer than a hurricane. That's a bit exaggerated, but it's kinda helping to explain what I mean a lil. :)

Also, can you do something like "/gamerule DaylightCycle false" next time you do a timelapse, the quick change in light hurts my eyes

It looks awesome! Personally, I dislike the pathway design, and the detailing is a bit much (yes ik it was intentional xD), but awesome stuff! Maybe add something on top of that middle island. Some sort of central building that would catch the eye, or a massive tree maybe. Generally nice job!

Another critique other than what had been mentioned above is a lack of variation.
I don't really see any difference between the houses, walls and main keep. IMO it would look a lot nicer if you switched up the pallet a bit for different features.
Also don't use exposed sea lanterns for lighting, use glow stone under the leaves or something.

The general layout of the build was good but as before mentioned, over detailing, despite being a style, doesn't look anywhere near as good as a more simplistic approach because of the massive amount of noise it creates, further worsening the lack of variation :(

Keep up the good work :3

I wanted to put the variation in the walls, castle And the outskirts (or how the hell you call a part outside od City), but yea. The style Is just the same all along.

And I love the texture od the sea Lantern

The sea lantern stands out too much, it's too bright especially when placed against the dark green of leaves which are far less saturated.
Not only do they look a bit out of place but also they draw attention away from the actual build.

overdetailing is not a style, it's a mistake. knowing how to overdetail and then presenting your overdetailed builds to the ct will detriment your chances of success. As many others have pointed out, it's too busy and over-whelming. I think I speak on behalf of the majority of CT builders when I say do NOT overdetail. Knowing how to add detail in the right places is what we are aiming for in our builds.

Please keep building, but also keep in mind overdetailing does not help your career as a builder.
