Assassin/Ninja Help Need A Water/air Build

yeah so i want a water/air build,
-can use hive items
-no li items
-alot of spell damage (like alot alot)
-good mana regen for spell spam
-good defence

 

Challenge accepted (How many hive tokens you have ? (probably still gonna use one) And do you have the budget for a mythic ?)

 

No mythic i have all hive element tokens and 1 master voucher And a prowess

Oh for some reason my wynndata did weird, you'll need 40 dex though when boreal nerf is there so either get max sp prisms or evapar's/moon pool cirklets or concentrations

Last option: pray the wynngods they won't nerf boreal-patterned aegis
