    I'm no expert, but it looks like you changed something in your files that shouldn't have been changed. Do you remember doing anything in the .minecraft file, or installing anything?

    Try deleting the ".minecraft/server-resource-packs" folder itself.
    Otherwise... sorry, I have no idea :/

    I DON'T REMEMBER DOING ANYTHING WITH MINECRAFT FILE THINGS.

    If you're still having issues, I'd reinstall Minecraft. However, the servers on your server list and your single player worlds will be deleted (when you uninstall mc your .minecraft folder will be deleted, and when you reinstall mc it will come back but all the info will be wiped). You can put your world saves outside of your MC folder (as well as resource packs, shader packs, and mods) and take a screenshot of the servers you have.
    That should fix any issues regarding your .minecraft folder.
