    You can't download Wynncraft's world, yes it is bannable.

    If you download the map in any way, shape, or form, it's bannable. If you did it in secret, though, nobody would know unless if you posted pics of it.

    afaik , u cant block a client mod via a plugin. Maybe @Kirdow knows more about it.

    I just know that there's a plugin that can block the usage of world downloader mod and I also know that wynncraft was not using it 3-4 years ago :P
