Health Depleting While Not Fighting

Hello, I'm having a problem where my health just slowly depletes as I walk around selchar, and other towns.
If anyone out there knows how to fix this problem I would love your help.
Thank you. P.S. I have tried logging off and back on it just speed up the decay time, and I have tried having a mob kill me it just stay the same decay.

 

Do you have negative health regen? thats most likely the reason

 

Make sure your armor doesn't have any negative health regeneration on it.

 

most likely you have negative health regen on one of your items, check them all, you can either take it off or add an item with positive health regen to cancel it out
