Buying The Divide Legendary Dagger

hey ppl, so yesterday i was doing the tower of amnesia quest since i shouldve done it long ago, and it required an island's teleportation scroll. so i went to the seaskipper, and suddenly i dropped my legendary dagger in it (some of you know how shitty it feels). so now im trying to re-buy it, ill be willing to pay 10-15 eb for it,thanks.

EDIT: if anyone knows a way to get it or likely get it dropped by a mob (beside buying it on here), make sure to please share it with me.
