Can't Connect To The In Game Servers?

Hello!

I have a dear friend of mine who can no longer connect to the in game servers.

She can join Play.Wynncraft.com just fine, and she's able to run around the lobby and play the parkour normally. We played once as a team, in a party together until the small level of 11, and then we took a break for the night. The next day, when we wanted to play again, she couldn't get into a side server. When she tries to join one of the dedicated servers from the "Quick Connect" compass in the lobby, the world refuses to load and she's trapped floating in an abyss of black while she waits. Eventually it kicks her out.

She's tried reseting her Minecraft multiple times, and on more than one occasion she's restarted her computer. She's deleted Wynn off the server list and added it again, but no matter what she tries she is unable to join. We would appreciate some help with the matter, seeing as she was very excited to play this game together.

She's not quite sure how to check it, unfortunately. She isn't the most tech savvy of people. I'm guessing it isn't that high, though, seeing as sometimes she struggles to connect to other servers as well. Wynncraft has been a big problem, though. Either way, do you happen to know if there's anyway to improve those things without the cost of money? She's not the most well off.
