Mage/Dark Wizard Ws Warp Build That Can Run

So uh today i was trying to make a warp build that actually can run (its -mana regen is almost gone)
while i was making this build, i pressured myself with 2 criteria
1. It needs to have enough mana regen so it can regen faster than it can deplete
2. It's maximum is exactly 400% ws WITHOUT POTS.
I mean i could've gone for more ws but then it probably wouldn't have the mana regen it needs
also i was told something about how if you have over 400% ws, it won't use all of it (so 400% is that maximum amount of walk speed, any more won't work)

i some how managed to make a "build" that can do this
it has -1/4s mana regen BUT it will regenerate it faster than it will deplete, so take that mana-eating warp!
Now before i show u the contents of dis build, i need to point out some things
400% is maximum, meaning you have to hev max EVVVVVEEEERYYYYYTHHHHIIIINNNNGGGG to acctually use it in action.
Also the warp has to have minimum mana regen and all your equipment has to have max mana regen.
Finally, it's not meant for pve or pvp, or ull get 1 shot. However i looked and it appears to have some nice damage on meteors and melee. So if your gonna fite with this, keep your distance (and run around)
so now lez get into dis expensive build.

Helmet: Dune Storm
Not much i can say about this one. It just gives a lot of ws, which is needed. Also it always has the same amount of walk speed so im not pressuring your wallets
Obtained (being all fancy liek that and telling u where to get it): Corrupted Sand-Swept Tombs

Chestplate: Dondadash
Same thing, it gives alot of walk speed
once again, its not destroying your wallets cuz its untradeable BUT it needs to be ided, sooooooo.
Obtained: Aerie of the Recluse boss alter.

Leggings: Pacifist
mana REEEEEEEEEgen and walk speed! it's like it was made just for this build. 3/4s regen helps counter wurp a lot, so it's good to have. Remeber stuff like dank shroud will give TOO much walk speed, therefore being slower and not having as much mana regen.
Obtained: The depths of the trade market (or the depths of a loot chest, as it can only be found in one)

Boots: Seven-League Boots
ws up in here. Shadestep couldn't be used due to it's archer only requirement :c and slayer requires too much dex. Also it won't disable some walk speed so take that!
Obtained: The soon to come emptiness of your wallet (trade market or grind for one in a cave near lusuco)

Rings: Suppression
why don't i see this ring used ofte- o rite it gives -mana steal rite.
i made sure to say dat b4 u guys started furiously typing "But locky it has - mana stealz!!!!!!1!?!?"
i mean since it was never meant for battles, i might as well use it over summa, moon pool, or conc.
idc if people don't use it we need them for this specific build
Obtain: A random loot chest (i don't think i have ever seen one being sold, and i made sure they're obtainable)

Bracelet: Follow teh wind
What else did you expect? asher's relic (i wanted to add it for mana and ws but i couldn't due to ws problems, i don't wan't to replace anything so i can get back to 400% :c) so follow teh wind it is! its the best ws braclet c'mon, theres not a whole lot of other options. It's just a decent braclet.
Obtain: Looooot chests (or market)

Necklace: Diamond Steam Braclet

Well once again, the 400% ws maximum requirement.
it's a decen't necklace and doesn't give as much drawbacks as 1k storms.

Wand: Monster
It's a really nice wand for this build

it wouldn't be a warp build without a warp!
yesh it would give -hp regen by a whopping like 2.5k
but who said you needed to survive to become sanic!
It gives the most walk speed out of any item, it's needed for this build
+ if you have minimum mana u can run with it!
Obtain: Rob SilvahMirror and buy one (good luck finding a -10/4s 234% warp somewhere because it's reallllllllllllly hard to find one.) there aren't any -10/4s 234% warps yet i believe, so for now you have to try finding one.

Yes i know you have to be trump to have this build AND be as lucky as lucky charms.
But if you do manage to get it, you can REEEEEEE around liek sanic the hedgehog!

The reason the title is clickbait is because
1) The build has a whole different purpose - running around. So it can not be objectively worse or better. Subjectively from a combat standpoint, it's bad, but subjectively from a walkspeed standpoint, it's meh.
2) It's too similar to a regular walkspeed build to be called super different.

i have a 227% and a -10/4 one, taco has a 234% -10/4 one (its with adomorn atm)

or how bout not spend the effort getting max ids on everything and just getting 400% on a build that fits the current warp people have and use mana pots to sprint
