Tier 2 Attck Speed

where can i easily find some 2 tier attack speed armor?

 

if you are lv98, buy a chestplate of inepitude
if you aren't lv98, use mummy's rag from the quest ''Wrath of the mummy''

You can also use centipide from the corrupted lost sanctuary dungeon or if you really want attack speed use the helmet cancer.

 

Leggings of haste also works but you need at least 90 agility and some luck
