No you can't unless you create a new class. If the mummy's rag has bad IDs, you can try to reroll it.

and how can i reroll it?

 

you can reroll it by putting the already id'd item inside of the item identifier, it will cost roughly three times the last roll cost to reroll, so once you get id's you are fine with, I would stop there
