no its not :P

 

First of all why use Lament for melee, it's a spell wand use Gaia. Secondly if you do want to use it use the chestplate of ineptitude instead of the mummy's rag, it's better in every aspect as you shouldn't de using spells in a melee build anyways. Also the build won't work anymore when the hive items will require 40 of each skill point instead of 33 which is happening soon.

 

I used lament for the mana steal and mummy rag so it doesn't kill my spell damage, but i guess it wont work with the nerfs :(

I like this build a lot! While it's going a bit into the direction Lament was made for (water/thunder spell/melee), the build looks surprisingly good! Might wanna edit in the title melee/spell, since the spells work fine with this.

its a nice build overall. would be really good for warrior with bedruthan!
there are two things. first use two waters and one earth on lament for curse and second id have a chestplate alt for damage (stillwater/niiplate maybe) for spell as some types of playstyles are better with spell and some with melee. the dps to spell ratio is very good for this type of weapon with minimal drawbacks id say overall very nice
