Selling Old 2/4 Mr Concentration

I tried to auction this thing off 2 times, the winners of both auctions never responded back to me, so I'm just gonna sell it. Price is 15 LE, non negotiable.

 

You can get way more that, just saying.
Someone might get a stack when reselling

 

The only way to get a stack for it is to auction it, since selling it for that amount is illegal. Like I said, I tried to auction it, but people never responded to me, and Id rather sell it for a small amount than never sell it at all. Anyway, I already sold it to someone who PMed me so it doesn't matter now.

 

Theres a loophole. If u put the starting bid low then people can still bid to high amounts
