Mage/Dark Wizard Need Help With Endgame Build

Hey i need help making a endgame build i do not have access to hive items
What i want
- High Spell Damage (high damage meteors)
- High Mana (so i can spam spells)
- Decent Health (8k+)
BUDGED 6 stacks of le

 

get a really shitty fatal with shit ton of reids,u can get that for 6 stax most likely
third eye
aquarius or idk
vaward
ventus tail

2x moon pool
hydro bracelet from Li
hydro necklace from Li or static Li necklace

What element should I chose? For the armor and fatal?

 

Eh imo using thunder powders for armor is useless,but use them if u have a lot of them
For the fatal probably fire cuz u dont have to be near mobs for the dmg boost to work like with Curse

 

How to get the untradeble bracelet and amulet

u can get the necklace and bracelet from Legendary Island and idk about ur build use Judas if u cant get Fatal

Way too much mana regen, your defenses are basically non existent. Without hive pieces it's pretty hard to make a good water build w high dmg and decent defenses because boreal is basically a centerpiece of most water/thunder builds.. and Lunar Spine sucks, use Judas if anything

34.5 max most of the time you will get 17k Thats enough its realy tanky 10 mana with 68 intel alot of left sp yup I dont get how thas bad

 

ye i have all things but i need only the FATAL and the untradeble stuff like Diamond Fusion Necklace and Diamond Static Bracelet and Summa also idk where i can get this :/ and the leggings is also untradeble idk ...

 

Legs from corapted lost sancuary and summa is from the boss altar gayzer pir

Lament - spam those motherfuckers
Monster - tank melee thingy
With my playstyle I would buy lament but depends on how you wanna play fatal has the best damage but thr lowest elemental pirceing wont matter after elemental defense is fixed

 

i need this build without this Rings and Bracalete Amulete pls is there any tradeble stuff ???

 

vaward conc conc nebulus idk neckles but realy summa is easy to get its from an boss altar that needs robot antena and conc without negative sd is like a stack

 

why Paradox? and Suma i have like -80% Health regen im dying for nothing lol
