Lost Quest Item

Hi,

My inventory is full quite often, so I tend to throw things out that I don't think I need. However, I received an item called 'Maltic Recommendation' or something like that and apparently it was very important. I thought I wouldn't need it, so I threw it out, picking up loot that was on the ground. There was a message in chat that said I couldn't throw it away, because I will need it in later quests. Unfortunately, my inventory was full due to the loot I had picked up. Long story short, I lost a quest item that was probably important. Is there anyway of getting it back? Thanks in advance!

Use /fixquests when your inventory isn't full ;)
