Build Survival Castle

The other day, I was playing on my main survival server I realized that my starter house had a couple problems.
It was too small, the mines under it had been scoured, and it altogether looked ugly.

So I relocated to an extreme hills biome a couple minutes away and decided to build a castle.
After 2 days of near nonstop work, all that's left is a roof. So I decided to post a bunch of pictures. Here it is:

I'm using Bdoubleo's texture pack, so a few blocks will look different. Also, diorite looks like stone bricks, and most of the castle is built of it.
Yeah this place looks like shit outside the pack

 

For a survival build, this is really quite good. All it needs is some more detail and depth :) And maybe some greenery as well.
