Forum In-game Name Doesnt Change?

So at your character portret you see what your IGN is (Minecraft : [Username])
I changed my username twice already but it's still the one from when I first linked my account.
Why doesnt this change and is there a way to update it?

 

It takes awhile for the website to register the change. Just be patient.

 

Well the first name change was over 3 months ago and the 2nd about a week ago, still not updated to anything in the past 3 months

 

You need to manually change it, just fiddle around with your profile and you'll find it

 

So where do I find this? I tryed finding it before but to no avail :/
