Bandit Set?

So ive gotten a Bandit Ring somehow and im wondering where to get the rest of the Bandit set
i looked it up on Wynndata and it says that the drop type is never and i wish to get the rest of the Bandit set

 

Each accessory is dropped by a specific mob in the Desert. They are usually found in desert camps. I don't know the exact locations, but here are the mob names with the respective drop:

Ring: Shadow Spear
Locket: Sandstorm Vandal
Bangal: Emerald Knife
Knuckle: Quicksand Carvers

 

Does it take long to grind them?

 

Not that I know of, Set items aren't that rare after all.
