How Do I Fix This Type Of Lag?

The title says it all, guys.
How do I fix the lag? Before I join the server, I checked my internet connection and it was 5 bars. Since I am from Asia, when I join Wynncraft I will always get 4 bars, 257 ms. However, recently the lag deteriorated and to add salt to injury, it doesn't even load to map... It kept on saying Downloading terrain and when it is done, the blocks haven't load yet... How do I fix this? This only happens when I'm on WynnCraft. Other servers and games, no. Please help me... Any help, suggestions, or advises would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance, guys! :D

The servers are hosted in Canada I believe and idk how much you can do to fix your Internet problem as it sound like you are struggling with high latency

You could try using optifine and putting all settings to minimal and put your render distance to the smallest it will go this might help

 

Thanks for your suggestion but I have tried. My fps is constant 60-80 but the connection is bad. T_T

 

Unless you have a really bad download speed it sound like you lag out when you try to connect to the server and there is almost nothing you can do about that I think
