Hi, I had a problem with my sword, the neutral damage was 81-99, with my skills removed between 100-200, I put 3 powers tier 3, which would increase the damage of the weapon, but I do not understand why I lost the damage neutral to 30-38, which is very little, with the powers should raise neutral damage or stay stable and in this case lowered. I want you to give me an explanation or fix the neutral damage because I feel confused.

Powders both increase elemental damage and transform neutral into elemental damage.
And it's called a dagger not a sword.

    Minecraft:
Powders do not just add elemental damage, but convert a certain amount of neutral damage to the same element. The higher tier powders you use, the more neutral damage will be converted. Powders usually will increase the damage of a weapon, but it will make it more refined to the powder element the more powders you put on the item.

If you want a strictly neutral damage weapon, or you want an even combination of elemental and neutral damage, it may be best not to put a lot of (or any) powders on the weapon due to the conversion of neutral damage to elemental damage.
