I know 2 is the entrance to the lab. (Don't know the new name of the quest.
And there's a balcony at 3? Never noticed.

Yes, I know. But the wooden thingy on the back of picture 2 is the entrance to the lab.

 

Its not o_o the lab entrance is near Iboju at the pool of water

 

Yes. They changed the quest. If you grab the key and press the wooden button, you can enter.
