    i have been banned for this reason : "Store Chargeback"

    yes i did send the message that i couldn't get the rank : VIP+ and wtf? u banned me?

    ign is SOLITUDEEE plz fix this situation

    The console will automatically ban you if you chargeback something you bought on the store from the Paypal. You probably have done that without knowing.
    Please send an email to [email protected] with the context of this and the logs of transaction for Paypal, if possible.
