Mage/Dark Wizard Help Non-rainbowslap Thunder Mage?

So I'm still planning out what I want to use for my various endgame builds, but I'm attracted to the idea of a thunder damage mage... unfortunately, the only good builds I've found have basically just been meta rainbow tanks... Anyway, I'm not a great build-maker, so I thought I'd ask here for advice.

The build will probably use Judas, since, being realistic, I probably won't have a Fatal any time soon. I'm looking for something using 1 hive master item (probably the chest, though maybe not), with high damage, and non-terrible hp and defenses.

Something using chain-lightning + stealing effects would be fun, but unfortunately Judas has a ton of -ls, so that's not much of a possibility.
