    grind the skeletons next to the Saint's Row Graveyard, it's right near Nemract.

    Do the Underworld Crypt dungeon.

    Aren't the abandoned mines better for that level? more spawns, better rewards and a t3 chest.

    Abandoned mines mobs are around level 35. Even if you can survive there as a level 27 archer, the loot would be for higher levels and there is a higher chance for the mobs to give 0 xp.
