Help Needed Level 80 Mage Build

I need help with one of these (I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this on or not but I guess I'll find out)

I'm looking to use Ethereal for a wand, Sodeta Boots for boots, Concentration, and Ring of generosity for rings and Royal stormy amulet I Already have these items

I need Pants a Chestplate and A Helmet all with water/spell damage or mana regen

Also i don't wanna have like 2 hp

Wrong section also most builds are for level 100, grind to 100 then get a sick build.
