Looking For A Resource Pack Editor

Yo...
I need someone to edit the official wynn resource pack (Well not really edit, but remove a lot of things)
Just remove,
Weapon Skins (Including the normal ones, talking about the shovel, stick, shears, and bow)
And replace them with the normal block textures/regular items if they are just items (I'm hoping to turn this into an overlay for a pack)
And change the name of the regular bow (Which is usually called recurve bow) to Spamming Device
Wings
Coarse Dirt Texture (replace with block)
Checkmark Texture (Replace with block)
Ring Textures (replace with block if possible)
Turn Dirt Slab Into a stone slab (replace the texture)
Dispenser into its normal texture
Minecart with furnace, tnt, and hopper with regular textures
Remove Compartator textures
I'm a lazy ass and don't know where to look

Nova skin or photoshop go on and do it
