It has max health, but other stats are nowhere near the amount that helps you get 2 stack :D

just to say this item is not "godly" and i am a godly item overrater this item has godly hp but is not godly your starting bid is too high to be a buyout as its worth no more than 8le

If this had low to mid 20's for spell *AND* melee then it 'might' be "godly", but this is #overhyped and only worth 5-10 le :p
