Mage/Dark Wizard Speed Mage Build (air/water)

I'm a Lv. 82 Mage, so I don't need this build now, but I want to know what to go for. I don't really need high damage, but I want high walk speed and high mana so I can spam spells left right and center. Any suggestions?

The damage realy good for that type of build

 

I asked the same thing a while ago. This is what i got and it works very well for its level. When you have 2 raging winds replace gnome ring.

EDIT: Also for lvl 88 which better suits you than lvl 100 builds
