Archer/Hunter Archer Insane Melee Solo Build

So I think is time to make a serious build.
I've seen many requests out there for a good cheap archer build, but most of the build just some rainbow slap or mana slap. So I want to make a practical build for those that can't afford fancy mythics.

This raw damage is insane, unlike Stinger, it doesn't have any negative attack speed. That means you can boost this to super fast attack speed.

BUILD VERSION ONE: Require Hive items but overall more tanky

NOTE: Max melee % for CoI is 33% not 59% (take away 26% from 59%)

Island sniper is probably the best melee weapon for archer because of its insane neutral damage with no downside. DO NOT PUT POWDERS ON IT!!

Cancer for that attack speed and life steal plus some after attack poison. Try to find a Cancer with low -melee %, high life steal, and AT LEAST a +7 attack tier because you will need it to negate the -attack tier from clock pants. Poison doesn't really matter here but is nice to have. Cancer will instantly boost our Island Sniper to super fast also giving player hp while shooting the enemy. Great for crowd control ie wybel/cybel minions.

I chose Chestplate of Ineptitude over Puppeteer because I figure that the survivability is better than a bit more damage (Is not much of a difference), also +2 tier incase you can't find a good cancer. Mainly to negate Cancer's
-melee%.

Clock leggings, mainly to negate Cancer's -melee%. I suppose you can use Vaward for a bit more survivability but I find 14360 hp (level 100) is pretty good.

Hive boots for hp and melee %

Facile, sp + melee%

Prowess, sp + hp

Giga, sp + hp + melee %

BUILD VERSION TWO: No Hive items but a bit weaker in hp

ALTERNATIVE BUILD VERSION ONE: Increased health, defense and skill points but lowered damage

ALTERNATIVE BUILD VERSION TWO: Less health than alt build one but have more skill points that you can invest in agility.

ALTERNATIVE BUILD VERSION THREE: Puppeteer

Bob - Around 40ish sec
Qira - about 2 mins
LI- haven't tried, tag me if you beat it with this build.

Pvp can be effective to all classes besides mage because heal is broken.


add better melee weapons for archer pls.

Neutral damage and raw damage are NOT the same.

 

Cancer + Puppeteer is way better than Cancer + CoI

like i know you want survivability but the rest of the build is enough survivability


in addition hive boots have minus air damage which post-hive rework is gonna make using it with non-ewf things basically impossible, you're losing out on about 50% of island sniper's damage which hurts

Quick question: Why didn't you opt for Hephaestus + Puppeteer + Abysso Galoshes

 

Is about the same damage with less health, but not everyone have a Abysso Galoshes or hive token.

 

I guess, but that air defense must hurt.

 

You have 11 powder slots for air if you want to.

The main point is to capitalize the neutral damage so you can solo Qira and other bosses that have elemental defense.......

 

I'm pretty sure Island Sniper's elem damage with powders is more than enough to pierce Qira's Elemental Defense.

 

You should try it and tell me how it goes. But when I fight Qira with no powders, the air damage doesn't even show, just the neutral damage.

Yes, your build theory would definitely work but my build have poison, so I guess that's the difference. Without poison, have fun meleeing all the little shits in Orange Cybel.

I've got an idea, if you take 2 Island Snipers with 1 without powder and the other one with T6 Air ? Is it a good idea or a shitty one ?

 

Did you choose that weapon just because of the neutral damage?

What about this one?

(Higher max neutral damage but weaker because sniper has air damage)

 

I've got a cancer 98 and it's the smallest for Melee Damage, but... that's huge by all the ways, any other suggestion ? Because i'm not fan about Cancer :/
