Quest Item Space??

Hey so at this point I have a TON of quest items covering my inventory and my ender chest. Is there any way that I can get rid of these items, or store them in a different spot?

 

You can do the thing the rest of us do and create another character, bring it to Ragni bank and store all the items you do not need now on that character.
All your characters share the same bank, so this is pretty simple, and saves a lot of space.
All the quest items, well most of them, will be used in later quests, so the space will be opened up later on in the game.
