Can't Find Seasail Merchant @ Selchar

I looked on the online map of wynncraft to try finding the selchar seasail merchant, I found the icon but the map doesn't match up with what is represented in game, was it removed or something? Thanks <3

Yeah, instead of the sea port that's listed there it's just a bunch of ice on the water, which isn't on the map.

There isn't any ice around Selchar. Are you sure that's where you are?

Oh I was on a different version of Selchar for a quest.. >-> Sorry..

It's on the port on one of those sections that extend into the river. He's standing in a hut near the seaskipper
