    you wear the helmet into the cave next to it to fight a hard boss, after killing then u can enter

    The "hard boss" in question is the Corrupter of Worlds, often abbreviated as CoW. He is weak to earth and fire, and got buffed since the last time I fought him, so I'd recommend getting some help from someone of a higher level.

    Just do the quest, youll need a lot of items from previous quests btw, if you dont know as well search the wiki
