most important thing about booster plate is the ws , which in this case is avarage but max agil kinda adds .

2-3 LE is way too much for that plate. I bought a 25% WS and +7 AGI for a single LE. Boosters used to be worth a lot more, but newer items have taken it's spot, so if you really need to sell it, auction it with a lower starting point, otherwise, I would hold onto it if you plan on making a speed build

IDK, but that's really good. There's lots of money to be made. I'd estimate between 5-10 LE, but I'm no expert.

Edit: you also need to find a buyer willing to fork over that much

From experience, Passus Lux don't go for nearly as much as they should. I think it's because of the quest boots on pirate island, nut that's just my opinion :P

Keep in mind, it's a low level piece of armor, and so you can't charge too much. The problem is that the only people with money have better loot gear and will just grind out for their alts, and beginners won't have the money. I'm sorry, but I think the max you can charge is 16-24 EB
