The Mythic Everlasting Pufferfish Is Actually Unlimited In So Many Ways

I decided to eat the Mythic Everlasting Pufferfish you have to get for the Underice Quest. I had 2 because I attempted to give one to Gerald and one to Calamaro, but it didn't work. So I had an extra. I ate it, and it actually didn't disappear. It even gave me the pufferfish effects you get from eating it! When the effects were about to run out, they hit 0 seconds and still stayed there! Not only does the Pufferfish actually last forever, you also get side effects for life!

No, the effects look likes it stays but it doesn't work, you dont get poison or hunger but your health bars turn green. You get nausea for a bit

 

The nausea isn't eternal.
