    Optifine is - uh - fine.
    Minimap, too, without entity radar. Much better than minimap is the original map of Wynncraft, just click the button at the very right edge at the top of this page.
    Everything is described in the rules, too - I'd send you a link if I could... Just look in the "Rules" Thread of Salted.
