Does The Minecraft End Exist In The Wynn Universe? (lore Question)

This just came to my mind right now.
I'm no lore expert, that's why I wanted some answers.

In Thanos, I remember seeing an NPC talking about an Enderdragon attacking Detlas.
An Enderdragon. Vanilla """"final boss"""".

Is the vanilla minecraft universe just a "story in books" in here, or do we just not know at all if there is an End dimension?

Near tervanes, there are some buttons, but people still couldn't find out what to do or it's just not inplemanted rn

 

I feel like any end-related stuff in wynn is left over from Wynn's equivalent of "early-installment weirdness." It seems like most of old wynn seems to draw inspiration directly from Minecraft.

tl:dr even though this was two sentences: I doubt there is actually The End in wynn, but I'm no lore expert either.

 

That's a nice theory, however the end is mentioned in Thanos, and so in Gavel (where they basically written today's lore)

I completely forgot about this! That reminds me of the dragon egg in Selchar!
