Buying Crystal (leggings)

As you can tell from the title, I am interested in purchasing the Leggings "Crystal" for a Spell Spam build I've been working on for my Lvl 96 Warrior.
I am looking for maxed out Mana Regen (3/4s) and good Intelligence. The other stats do not matter as much to me, but will increase the value!



P.S. As much as I like the Mana Regen on these leggings, the better the stats overall the more interested I will be and the more I'll be willing to pay.

Hey... Sorry, but that Crystal isn't the greatest.
I specifically need maxed out Mana Regen but it lacks even that. If you happen to get anything better, just let me know here!

 

Unfortunately, not at the very moment.

But just one more question my Crystal got like good Intel and the 3/4Mana and the other stats are kinda good too especially the Reflection.
