    For me, it's definitely Borderlands 2. The cell-shaded graphics, dialogue, and even story are all very intriguing.

    Skyrim. I keep coming back and install a million mods, then get bored and quit after I finally set everything up. I just repeat this process every couple of months, but it is really fun.

    Also though, Settlers (as well as the various continuations), especially settlers 3 and settlers heiratage of kings. Love me some old strategy games.
    Homeworld (originals) are also very high up there.

    I guess I'd have to say (apart from the obvious Minecraft choice) Kingdom Hearts as a series. I can't go for long until I find myself back playing another Kingdom Hearts game, or just re-playing 1 and/or 2 again.
