is the thief even real, i cant find it at all, can someone please who is like knowledgable in this stuff please tell me if The Thief is real, please im tired of this, im asking everyone and no one has it, its a level 34 unique chestplate that i swear ive owned before too i just dont know someone help

All the Bandit items drop from a specific gang of bandits in the Almuj desert.

Ring - Shadow Spears (in and around the Invaded Barracks)
Knuckle - Quicksand Carvers (in a cave just North of Almuj)
Bangle - Emerald Knives (in a cave near the Mesa, due East of WynnEx site A)
Locket - Sandstorm Vandals (at the eastern end, between the barracks and Sand-Swept Tomb)

Grind the mobs in these places with good loot bonus and you should get the accessories.
