I Can't Submit A Ban Appeal?

    Hi, I recently got banned and would like to submit a ban appeal. However, every time I go to appeal, it asks for my username, and once I type it in, it brings up the message "The username you provided was not found. Please verify you typed it correctly!", even though my username is correct. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    I'm not sure, it only says "You have been banned", without any duration.

    I'm not sure about this but it could be that you changed your name? Use your old name? Just try it if you've changed your name.

    This was posted by the moderator Lord_He1mchen on another thread regarding a similar issue. I guess you will have to wait for the website wizards to cast the right spells.
